Curious as to what we'll have in store this year? Want to get a look at the anime guests for 2007? Swing by the "anime opening ceremonies" and check it out.
Gen Con's come to a close yet again - join the hard-workin' anime & film staff for one last hurrah. Let us know what you liked, what you loved - and maybe even what you hated.
Coming up on stage to get your chance at the mic as the voice of an anime charater is a ton of fun, but to get a taste of what it really feels like during the production of a dub join Michael Sinterniklaas when he brings out the full rig and puts audience members through the paces of getting a script and lines and having to make it fit and feel right. Just how hard is it to keep from tripping over your own tongue? Will the beeps drive you mad like those who have come before? Can you give that dramatic scene the weight and gravitas it needs - or will you break under the pressure? If you've ever dreamed of being a voice actor or just wanted to know what the process is like, you won't want to miss this hands-on look behind the scenes.
Back by popular demand we're hosting a dance, only this year, it's a Black & White Ball. Costume not required but desired. We'll have a DJ spinning, tables to sit at and cash bars too! Last year we literally brought down the house so come, meet friends and dance the night away. FREE to all attendees with a Gen Con Indy 2007 badge. You don't want to miss the excitement.
C'mon and show us your moves - "Everybody's waiting for you!" Think you got better moves than those tiny Japanese schoolkids? Come prove it and kick everyone else's butts.
