From a glassy, thunderstruck crater rises the TOWER OF THE ASCENDANTS, the black redoubt of a trio of immortal dungeon lords known only as the TRIUMVIRATE. Infinitely-tall and ever-shifting, the TOWER is comprised of dungeon chambers taken from each of the hundreds of realms the TRIUMVIRATE has subjugated. It cannot be mapped, and there is no retreat: the only path is forward through a gauntlet of rooms filled with ravenous monsters, nefarious tricks, gruesome traps, and harrowing puzzles. You must stead the tower to seek and destroy the SOULSPHERES, the vessels that carry the essence of the three overlords. Succeed, and you will find wealth, liberty, and immortality.
