The Panel Lead has been playing TTRPG for over 30 years and using various styles and designs to help many of their players cope and progress through a myriad of Social and Emotional issues.

This panel will include 5 panelists, and the support of Geek Therapeutics and will focus on the ways in which TTRPGs can positively impact mental health, as well as how the community can use safety tools to ensure that all players have a safe and enjoyable experience. In addition, we will explore how safety tools, such as lines and veils, are not meant to hinder the creative process, but instead provide a safe space for players to explore sensitive topics and to provide support if needed. The panel will provide a platform for open and honest discussions about mental health, and will help to raise awareness of the importance of mental wellness in the TTRPG community.
