This Japanese inspired class is designed to teach you the essential knowledge and techniques of beginner's sushi making. You will learn how to make three different rolls, whose techniques can be used in other rolls you make in the future. You will leave ready to roll your own sushi. Part of this event will also include an informal subjective contest with a prize for the top three sushi rollers. Even if the event is sold out, feel free to stop by at the time of the event as we sometimes have extra ingredients and cancellations. Just make sure to bring the equivalent cost in generic or other event tickets.
Through lecture and demonstration students will learn how to build a marshmellow launcher out of components found at a hardware store. Students will be given a detailed set of plans.
