An easy workshop on how to better get into character. Great for roleplaying, writing, performing, & mental health.
Description:

I will then guide the group through a short meditation. After the meditation, we will repeat our sentences again in order to compare performances. The focus is on how we feel in character. We will not be judged on our acting or performance skills.
