In this AD&D variant, players will try to find five items valuable to their employer. This is a test of creativity and flexibility in unusual situations. Character personality will be a main theme in play.
Four teams compete against each other and a team of monsters to win a fabulous treasure
in this variant D&D game. Each player team will control a zeppelin- type airship and a sailing ship, plus a number of heroes. The event combines miniature’s play and role-playing. The first team to win the treasure and return to base w'ins. The monster team wins if no player team is successful.
The
emphasis is on playing your character wisely, and playing your alignment. Two DM’s are used to allow players greater flexibility in possibly independent actions which will be based on their characters goals. Character personalities and alignments will determine the general course of action for each character. This module is set against a backdrop of faction rivalry over the secrets of a lost empire.
