Rules will be taught. In this card game based on the Great Dalmutti, you work your way up the corporate ladder (i.e. mess with the other guys) and become the Big Boss (where you get to dump on everyone else). The object is to get rid of all your cards. The game is very fast paced and light hearted.
1791 - French coast on the English Channel. Some may be seeking to escape the affection of Madame Guillotine, and others interested in feeding her lust for blood, leaving open the possibility for some simple little greed â with all those people losing their heads, thereâs profit for all. Any area on an ocean coast lends itself to pirates and, last I checked, there is something called a Deep One which loves to live by the coast (ever tried to kill one with a musket?). In short, there are several plot lines â some of which I may have just given you â and others Iâm not revealing. For more information, contact me (Warren Dimock) at gamesbayou@aol.com.
Scouts on high adventure! Hiking in the wilderness! Watching the stars at night. Hey! How did these girls get into our patrol? Wait a minute, what is that plaid glow in the sky? Why is the compass pointing down? Where did our leaders go and if they are missing, can we eat their food? Should Crew 23 select "Zombie" as it's unit totem? Find out, the boys (and girls) in the Crew are waiting for you!
A Scout is Helpful. That's how you got dragooned into clearing brush in the Forest Preserve. Nothing, however, is mundane when your entire Patrol is a Wierdness Magnet. What did you just dig up? Oh no, not again! Those guys that took your leaders said they were from the government, but their car doesn't leave tracks. Perhaps this is your opportunity to get the Conspiracy Theory merit badge. Does doing a good turn apply to eldrich horrors? Does being prepared mean having your laser pistol set on "slice and dice"? Is any of this in the Guide to Safe Scouting?
Women have been mysteriously disappearing from a dorm room on your floor. As this is Illuminati University, that is not all that surprising. What IS surprising is the ArchDean is offering tuition waivers to anyone that can stop the problem and get the students back! What sinister forces are driving Her ArchDean-ness to offer such a generous reward for the return of a couple of students? Get ready for back-stabbing, arcane magic, feats of incredible martial arts, accountants, talking zebras and no ninjas under the stairs. And after you brush your teeth, the real adventure begins!
No experience needed, but familiarity with college life is helpful.
Rules will be taught. What do bored English noblemen do with their free time? They like collecting old junk and then showing it off. Players buy or steal various pieces of âartâ in the form of cards, trying to form the largest and oldest collection. This game gives all players a couple of choices each turn. The trick is in guessing what your opponents are likely to do, and planning your choice accordingly-- only after everyone's decision is revealed do you know for certain whether you made the right one. Prize: Shrinkwrapped Lord of the Rings: The Duel game ($25 value).
Rules will be taught. In this quick, fun, and fairly abstract game, players play cards in an effort to acquire tiles that are either color-coded or number-coded. There is a good luck/skill combination which makes this game quite interesting. Prize: Shrinkwrapped Lord of the Rings: The Duel game ($25 value).
