This is a casual tournament designed for new players. Participants must make the best use out of 1 A Game of Thrones Core Set. Staff will be on hand to assist you with questions.
Players will compete against each other in LCG format, head to head play, through six preliminary rounds, using swiss pairing. After the sixth round, the field will cut to a top 8, who will play off against each other in elimination brackets until only one player remains. This player is crowned the A Game of Thrones Gen Con Jousting Champion.
Players will compete against each other in LCG, multiplayer play, through three preliminary rounds, with tables being randomly mixed and assigned at the beginning of each round. After the third round, the field will cut to a top 4. Those 4 will play a final game, and the winner will be crowned the A Game of Thrones Gen Con Melee Champion
Players will compete against each other in Legacy format, head to head play, through four preliminary rounds, using swiss pairing. After the sixth round, the field will cut to a top 8, who will play off against each other in elimination brackets until only one player remains. This player is named the A Game of Thrones Gen Con Legacy Champion.
