Axis & Allies War at Sea Naval Miniatures Battlefest
Summary:
This is a large-scale WAS naval battle. Up to 3 players/side. Must bring your own 250 pts. of Allied & Axis fleet /player. Most units destroyed on the winning side wins.
Description:
Each side must bring a combined total of 750 points or less fleet for the battle for each side. Extra time will be given at the start to adjust fleets for the battlefest. The team/side with the Most Points for Units Killed + Objectives Captured at the end of regulation play wins and the player on the winning side with the most Points for Units Killed & Objectives taken combined will be claimed the victor. Team Tiebreakers: (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place): During gameplay, each player must keep track of who kills what for the final victory tally on that team.

On 11 Sep 1918, the American Expeditionary Force in France launches a massive offensive against the German-held St. Mihiel Salient in France. As artillery and ground forces assault the German fortifications, over 1400 American and Allied aircraft battle veteran German aviators in the skies over the battlefield. Each player will take an American, German, British, French, or Italian miniature aircraft, to sweep the skies of enemy planes. Join us for our 11th year of this massive brawl in the sky!

You are being retasked to hold a cordon along the South West edge of the Iron Triangle as part of Operation Cedar Falls. Other elements will be driving through the Iron Triangle and some enemy elements may try to break out through your AO to escape into Cambodia.

The Northside Gang and the Outfit in Chicago are both about to pull off daring prison breaks, but not for the same intention. Race to free the target and prevent them from falling into enemy hands. Who will come up with the better plan? Or maybe the Chicago PD will catch a lucky break and be able to thwart the mobsters and restore order. Shoot, run over, or blow up your enemies, this game has it all. Your characters however are not perfect in this game, "whoopsie daisies" happen which leads to many memorable games.
