Gen Con's Guest of Honor, Women's Grandmaster Jennifer Shahade is a 2-time USA Chess Champion (2002, 2004), the strongest American-born woman chess player in history, and remains only woman to ever win the U.S. Junior Open. She will play 50 simultaneous games of classic chess against kids 12 and under, using Yamie Chess sets. Yamie Chess is a Harvard/MIT endorsed K-8 math learning aid for STEM education in school, developed by MIT, Caltech and Stanford engineers.
