With the scourge of the city dead and the Prince far too lethargic and distracted to care, a growing number of young Kindred have been entering the city. Some are running from their past, while others are just looking for a safe place to stay during the day. This LARP focuses on the lives of the neonates and a handful of ancillae in the city - the elders will be NPCs that stay in the background. Pre-gen characters.
