The Stargate Theater closed 99 years ago, following a horrific disaster during the dress rehearsal of its premier show. Now in 2011, a local historical society is set on restoration and beginning their fund-raising efforts by opening the theater itself for an invitation-only auction of items recovered from the ruins.
