We'll talk about the economies of me business in a way that will be accessible to the retailers-no corporate geekspeak. The focus is going to be on creating effective product chains-sell the basic set, then the sourcebooks, then the adventures. A discussion of how to interface with publishers to get support for this type of activity will also be covered.
