A flying land has crashed to earth, and the forces of the evil icons are on their way to plunder it! Race through forests and foothills to fight off your enemies and recover the flying land's secrets. Learn the rules and setting from the game’s co-designer, defining your character’s background story, improvising with the other players, and even helping define the sky realm that has crashed to earth. This is a rules-light, story-oriented, fantasy RPG from Rob Heinsoo and Jonathan Tweet that honors old school values while advancing the OGL art. Players create unique heroes using flexible interpretations of familiar D20 character classes. New indie-style rules connect each character’s story to the Gamemaster’s customized version of the campaign setting. Each campaign is unique, as is each session of Flying Land Down.
