The Rebel X- & Y-Wings must fight their way down the trench & launch torpedoes at the exhaust port before time runs out. The Imperial TIE fighters must prevent this, crushing the Rebel scum.
Description:
The Rebels must survive the approach and long run down the trench towards the exhaust port, avoiding turbolaser fire, while being relentlessly pursued by Vader and his TIE fighter wingmen. Aggressively attacking the Imperial fighters will buy them some desperately needed time. The Imperials must prevent the Rebel fighters from firing upon the vulnerable exhaust port at the far end of the trench while remaining vigilant to protect the vulnerable power nodes on the Death Star’s surface from certain destruction. The Imperials need only to delay the Rebels long enough to allow the power of the Death Star to eliminate the Rebellion once and for all. This scenario is a heavily modified variant of DagobahDave’s Death Star Trench Run (Sept 2012 draft version) that attempts to capture the cinematic action and tension of the classic film.

Rebel starfighters against an Imperial Star Destroyer screened by TIE fighters. The ISD is an immobile Huge ship, using energy to operate its weapons and to regenerate its shields.
Description:
The Rebels have jumped out of hyperspace and into an Imperial trap. The 2nd Death Star’s shields have not been destroyed as planned, forcing the Rebel Fleet to fight the encircling Imperial Fleet in a desperate attempt to keep their forces sufficiently intact to deliver another crippling blow to the Galactic Empire. Can the Rebels survive a run through the Imperial Star Destroyer’s guns and missiles to cripple its bridge? Can the Imperial fighters provide enough cover to protect the Imperial Star Destroyer from imminent destruction? For more information and to review the rules, please check out the BGG link below.

Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope - Battle of Yavin
Summary:
The Rebellion has stolen the plans to the Death Star... & the Death Star approaches. Join your favorite side to play Dr. Steve Fratt's original, mega-sized, interpretation of the Battle of Yavin.
Description:
The Rebellion has, at terrible cost, stolen the plans to the Death Star and have taken them to their secret base on Yavin IV. BUT Darth Vader let the Millenium Falcon escape the Death Star to reveal the location of the Rebel Base. As the Death Star approaches Yavin IV, the Rebellion launches all their available fighters as a diversion so Rogue Squadron might deliver a torpedo to the exhaust port, destroying the Death Star. This game will be split into the attack on the giant laser disk and the exhaust port. Two teams [4 Imperials, 10 Rebels].
Casual tournament of Fantasy Flight's X-Wing miniatures game. 100 points a squad. Swiss rounds, standard rules. Prizes TBA. Must provide your own ships. Please bring 3x3 game mats if you have them.
Description:
This will be a casual tournament, meaning newer players are welcome and encouraged. This is not a sanctioned event. Glory and a ship are the likely prize to the winner. You will have to provide your own 100 point single faction squad of ships. Standard Fantasy Flight tourney rules. Swiss rounds, so everybody who joins will get at least three games worth of play. Depending on scoring and time there will likely be a playoff round between the top two scorers. We are running this event on Sunday specifically because other than the dealer hall, there typically aren't a lot of events going on the last day. We should have plenty of room, so come join us and finish off Gen Con 2016 with a pew pew and kaboom!
