Description:
This session of I, Spy is intended for players who already have some with familiarity with the game. The Special Action Card and Final Report options will be used. Deceive your opponents as an agent secretly working for a European power, recruiting key assets, buying off politicians, and instigating sabotage against foreign capitals. However, you will need the reluctant (or unwitting) support of your opponents to position your homeland for European domination, so tread carefully and do not reveal your true identity.
Players must balance self-interest, reputation, corruption, intrigue, & political maneuvering to achieve their own ends, all while performing their noble duties as protectors of the realm.
Description:
The king is dead, and––with his heir still too young to assume power––the nobles that make up the royal council are each vying for power. One player is elected Regent, to protect the child, and keep order in the kingdom. The other players are awarded offices as dictated by the Regent, with each office overseeing one aspect of the government: treasury, defense, parliament, infrastructure, military, commerce, or spycraft. Using the powers afforded to them by their titles of office, players must strike deals and work together, paying favor for favor, in their veiled attempts to secure the loyalty of the people and seize the throne –– but all, of course, for the good of the realm...

Players start with 4 health. The Shot Cup and Shot Dice move around the table. Players roll the Shot Dice to determine what action to take. A number rolled means a drink and a chance to win health tokens from other players, while a skull means a health token is given away. If three skulls are rolled, the Death Cup descends upon the table, and the game becomes a race to give it away. Terrible things await the player who lets the two cups cross paths. When the Death Cup has dispatched all but three players, the final show-down begins: a blitzing battle of attrition in both dexterity and sobriety until only one player is left standing.
