That's right, it's here again! In 2023 the boards will be better, the terrain will be fully painted, and Warcry 2.0 is released and ready to battle over both Ghur and the Eightpoints!
Description:
Bring your best Warcry 2.0 list (or at least your favorite) created using the standard Match Play rules. Monsters, allies, and thralls will all be legal, but remember that some boards will have more terrain than others (meaning that some giant bases may have a tough time moving around). This will be a 4-round event, with prizing for top placings, and best of show. So come prepared to grind your enemies into submission.
Introduction and discussion on ways to create, build, and strengthen gaming communities. Events, discourse, public forums, and games! How to fit all these together to create a true sense of community.
Description:
Appropriate for all audiences, but targeted at those wanting to create, build up, or strengthen their community (or gaming community) through events and practical discourse.
Muster your warband and come battle for supremacy over the Eight Points!
Description:
For this event you will muster 1000 points worth of one faction, including up to 1 hero (i.e., standard match play list building with the change of no allies). This event will be 4 rounds, with each mission coming from a curated mission pack that will be available to all players before GenCon starts. Terrain will be preset on game boards so players will only need to bring their warband, rules for that warband, dice, measuring device, and anything else used to play the game. Lists will be checked before the event begins for validity. Please use the new/adjusted points costs from the Tome of Champions 2021 when list building.
In this workshop, attendees will work on how to best create, organize, run, and judge gaming events and tournaments for their school club, library, or retail location.
