No one really cares that he claims the worthless piles of rock, but he has been terrorizing the canyon village below with spells and cackling laughter, which has to stop. Recently the town hired a trio of noble adventurers to climb the tall peak and take care of the problem, but twelve hours later he threw their charred corpses down the mountainside. The town is now willing to double payment, and to let the adventurers keep whatever gear they can find. Between the treacherous climb and the constant storm it won't be an easy or a safe job, but then again, you didn't become adventurers out of a healthy sense of self-preservation, now did you?

You are members of a secretive demon-hunting cabal led by Vanir. You have received news of Succubus who is opening a gate to the deepest regions of the demonic continent, in order to start an invasion that has the potential to overrun the entire country. The gate will open up in the rocky mountains and will open briefly three times, on three different days. The Valkyrie have scouted out a specific pass that is ideal to hold back the demonic forces. The first night will be bad. The second night will be worse. The third unthinkable. Can you hold the pass to prevent the invasion?

Landfall is now inevitable, but if nothing is done, the ship will crash and no one will survive.
