Two parallel tournaments. One, the First Round of the North American Championships, for the players who have qualified at any of the qualifying tournaments. The other, the Shadow Twin tournament, is a standard constructed tournament, open to all players. Both are three rounds plus a final. No elimination (everyone plays all three rounds). Each round is two hours. The Championships start promptly at 12:00; the Shadow Twin shortly thereafter.
