Boundaries and consent have been very much a topic of conversation in convention spaces for several years, and in the world at large for the past year. Learn and practice techniques for asserting your boundaries in relationships and in other areas of your life (work, community activities.)
We'll also talk about and practice some techniques for getting your own needs met without violating the boundaries of the people around you.
