Short Description:

The class will be taught by Joe Orteza, 14 time Golden Demon winner and formally trained art instructor. Students will learn to utilize green stuff for miniature model embellishment and sculpting.

Long Description:

This class will focus on figure conversion and the use of “green stuff” Kneadtite sculpting putty. Students will learn different aspects of figure conversion, from basic to advanced. The class will touch on the pose of the figure, basing, and the theme of model. Joe will discuss different techniques from single display models to large units. Students will learn to utilize green stuff for figure embellishment and sculpting. Students will receive four hand picked sculpting tools, tweezers, pen, glass sculpting surface and an instructional pamphlet as part of the course fee. Also Joe will demonstrate some new techniques exclusive to the class.
