Dungeons & Workouts takes all aspects that gamers love about games - XP, level-ups, side quests, and bosses - and puts them into a training book. Now is your chance to try it! Sport aptitude required. We will be in the Event hall at the Pegasus Spiele Gaming Area and might stroll into the hall for the unique combination of Role-Playing meets getting fit: All exercises can be done without any additional equipment. Examples are shadow boxing: make your hands into fists and then box the attacking creatures. Or high-knee running: Jump and pull up your knees alternately to run away from the big enemy behind you. Be aware that you must complete thru small workouts to get to the next level on your character sheet. Well, marching through marshy swamps or dark dungeons has always been exhausting, in your mind - now you can really wield your body into a weapon for the first time in Role-Playing.
