Long Description:
A soldier either deserted or defected to Germany. Their investigation will take them on the road to Verdun, stopping along the way to find hints of an intrigue about a strange ritual. Why did this soldier plunge himself into the middle of the Second Battle of Verdun? And can the investigator's survive the spies, battles and unhelpful French locals long enough to finish the mystery?
