Long Description:
The Romulans are hatching a plot to ensure the negotiations don't happen and the Ferengi and Federation will be launched into war with one another. This game uses the 2d20 system. Knowledge of the system is not required. Basic knowledge of the Star Trek knowledge is highly required.
