This workshop brings long form improv to help GMs create content on the fly that allows their players to lead the direction of the campaign.
Long Description:
This workshop brings long form improvisational techniques to help GMs create content on the fly that allows their players to lead the direction of the campaign. Turning minor NPCs into deeper characters, threading multiple storylines and split parties, and setting up a chain of consequences will be what this workshop focuses on. Mikel Matthews has been doing improv since 1995 and is the founder of Illinois State University’s Improv Mafia and the Abe Froman Project. His youtube channel, Confession of an Improv GM, and twitter, @ImprovGM, give advice and techniques about incorporating improv practices into RPGs.
